Parisian Gothic Revival
Rowhouse/Townhouse
built with a No-Slope Basement (Made with the Grid-Adjuster.)
3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - basement
patios - balconies - attic - fenced yard

The 'base' for this house came from Karen, for Sims Crafters Discord's first building contest. I included the original, vintage, RL floor plan, at the end of the pictures - it calls for an attic/dormer over where the front door is. I believe there is a centered, 2T CC dormer available, but it is CC; and this is a CC-Free build. So please add it, if you feel it needs it.


The furniture is sparse - for a Victorian build - it is placed as a suggestion only! Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game.




This house is designed to be placed one-after-the-other in a Rowhouse/Townhouse fashion. To "finish out" the end buildings, if you place them in a row, just add a boxwood hedge down the exposed side of the properties.

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is no parking available.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
