Here's yet another completely CC-free victorian style house! Specifically the gothic revival type of victorian, based on the real life Abbey Cottage found in the Cape May area. I've left it unfurnished, as it's a beast in size and cost even without furnishings. But the sheer size also makes it versatile for various types of lot zonings.

The real life house was converted into rental lodging, so I believe that's why it has so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own personal bathroom - it could be a hotel, could be a dorm, could be an apartment... lots of possibilities!

A copy of this lot has been playtested. No sims have ever lived on the uploaded copy.
