TS2 to TS4 - Propellor Hats + Child

Why? I...I don't know. Except for the fact that I used to have a propellor hat myself, and was always told that I was too old for one.

These brightly colored propellor hats are almost but not quite a pure conversion, as instead of having the active spinner (which I couldn't figure out how to make basegame compatible), I spliced in propellors from the TS2 airplane toy, and made the pixelated texture a bump-map feature rather than an actual texture feature.

They're categorized in Party for what I hope are obvious reasons, and Brimless hats, available to all genders child and up. I also added three recolors of the simple hue-shifted variety, and made the saturation a little easier on the eyes than the TS2 variety.
