While not the most evocative of pokémon gyms, design-wise, I thought the Pewter City gym had the makings of a rock climbing gym. Four rock climbing walls should mean there's minimal wait times (yeah right), six toilets, twelve communal showers, a vending machine next to two chairs for chillin', and ample decorative rocks. It's pretty simple. Just rock climbin' for rock climbers, basically. Still, if you need a dedicated place to skill up, ya got one right here.

EDIT: I added outdoor landscaping, gave it a round-top roof, and swapped the indoor rocks for debug rocks, and the indoor chairs by the vending machine to the rock ones because I forgot those existed.
