Hans' Trap Door Corp Remake

Fast remake of an ugly EA building from "Downtown".
I didn't change much inside but I entirely changed the outside of the building in art-deco style to fit it nicely into this neighbourhood.
Taking pictures of this skyscraper was pretty tough so I didn't take pictures of every floor because they are empty.

Lot description:

"Building Trap Doors since 1987. Hans' Trap Door Corp has had many recent complaints of missing employees in the prototype department. Watch your step while visiting!"

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
