This house is a remake of "69 First Avenue" from "The Sims 1" game, made by myself.
In the first game it belongs to a Claire Charming and it stands in Old Town.

I had this lot in my game for a very long time. It was just original house from "The Sims 1" remade in "The Sims 2" without many furniture or added ideas. I never had time or will to remake it.

I always liked this house from first game because it was really cosy and nice. I liked the cottage suburban vibes it gave.
Now, when I opened the game and looked at it I thought to myself that I should finally finish this project. I started having fun on this lot, adding new stuff, using my ideas and suggestions to make it look better. I wanted to keep this countryside vibe of this house and clutter it as much as I could.

I'm sharing it for you here because maybe someone would like to have it in game with my changes and ideas.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
