"Sul, sul dear simmers! How are you? This time I bring you a modern, contemporary, and minimalist house with a starter size (20x15). As you can see on the map, I have placed it in Willow Creek. It features details made with lattice walls, which allow light to pass through without losing too much privacy.

The house is distributed as follows:

- Ground floor: living room, dining area, and integrated kitchen. Outside: gardening area, swimming pool, and barbecue area.

- First floor: master bedroom, bathroom, and study area.

- Second floor: gym.

Ideal for a starter home for one or two sims, although the gym on the upper floor can be changed into another bedroom.
