Bar do Zé! - Low Class Brazilian Bar (no CC/sem CP)

Hello there!

This is a bar usually found in suburbs and favelas here in Brazil. Initially the plan was to make only the bar, but the lot was too big (even though I picked up the smaller one in the game) and the space left was annoying me, so I decided to make two houses and a wasteland as well. Yes, I know that it may seem that there's just one house, but there's actually two, one above the other and they have no connection between them. I'm not sure if it's possible, but you can make your sim buy the lot, have it as a business and live in one of the houses, otherwise I believe sims will just keep invading the houses. I didn't take pictures of the interior of the houses because I was too lazy to do it, but you can have take a look on them in the upview pictures.

Este é um bar que normalmente vemos nos subúrbios e nas favelas. Inicialmente o plano era fazer somente o bar, mas o lote era muito grande (mesmo eu escolhendo o menor de todos do jogo) e o espaço sobrando estava me incomodando, então eu resolvi fazer duas casas e um terreno baldio também. Sim, eu sei que pode parecer que tem só uma casa, mas na verdade tem duas, uma em cima da outra e elas não se conectam. Não tenho certeza se é possível, mas vocês podem fazer o seu sim comprar o lote, fazer dele um negócio e viver em uma das casas, senão eu acredito que os sims vão ficar invadindo as casas. Eu não tirei fotos do interior das casas porque eu tava com preguiça, mas vocês podem dar uma olhada nelas nas fotos de cima.
