"Toilet Madlad" Duplex - No CC

I was messing around with a build challenge generator, and after a few terribly large ones, it gave me the following:

• Build a duplex house
• Must have 2 floors
• Build on a 20x15 size lot
• Your owner is an astronaut
• They love hoarding
• They're afraid of mirrors
• Must have their outhouse
• Your budget is 99,241
• Optionally try making every bathroom have at least 4 toilets

That last one wound up being the most absurd part of it. I must say, I'm not usually very creative with floor plans, but this one had a bit of an interesting one, and I never use clutter objects, so the hoarding aspect was definitely tricky for me.

To work with the duplex concept, I used LittleMsSam's Unlock/Lock Doors for chosen Sims to lock a roommate out of one part of the duplex, and the main sim out of the other one (I did test it to make sure that would work, and it does). I also recommend using MCCC's lot taxes cheat to lower lot taxes to make it feel more like a rent situation.

I came in quite a bit under budget, too, with 78,370 being the fully furnished-and-cluttered price. A master and kid's bedroom, a master bath and family bath (with, of course, an adult toilet and three toddler toilets in each, because the challenge never said I couldn't use toddler toilets) that contain a little easter egg having to do with the owner being an astronaut, a kitchen/dining, and a living room with desk and computer, all included in each "duplex" floor. You will need MoveObjects on, mostly for the outhouse. The mailbox is an apartment mailbox, situated outside along the staircase, and the thermostat is also outside so that no matter which "apartment" you choose, you can have access to it.
