I built this lot because I noticed there aren't many community lots, especially carlots. Now some of you may wonder how to place cars on a carlot, well, I'll tell you.

Code: 
- After purchasing the lot with a sim, go to it.
- Open the "Pricetag" tab
- Click the little lock button
- The automobile category should open up
- Press ctrl + shift + c to open the cheat window
- Type "moveobjects on" into the cheat window(without quotations)
- Place the cars how you desire (you may use the 45 angle degree cheat)
- turn off moveobjects cheat when not using it.


This lot features a salesman's office, a lounge, showroom/buying room, staff loitering room, restrooms(duh), and the big front lot.


Note: The cars are not in the lot file. You must place your own cars.
