"Fifteen"
Luxury Townhome Apartments
Both 2-Unit and 4-Unit Options Available
luxurious accommodations ~ private garages ~ vehicles ~ pool ~ spa

With exciting and rakish roof lines, these modern townhouses will instantly freshen up whatever area they are built-in. You enter the home directly into the living room, proceed through to the dining room, and arrive in the kitchen. At the rear of the main floor you'll find a den/office and a small patio. Upstairs you?ll find the master suite and three additional bedrooms. The master bath is designed for efficiency of space as well as privacy. Features include a large walk-in closet, side by side sinks, and a corner shower. On the lower floor, there is a small studio/efficiency, one car garage, and an exercise area.
Rent = $973 - $6,227

Please scroll through all the pictures to see everything these apartments offer. This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. Phones are on all three levels. Smoke alarms are over stoves, fireplaces and grills. Burglar alarms are at the upstairs front doors. (Downstairs ADU/Studio apartments do not have burglar alarms.)

Note the words of wisdom in the picture below: Do not delete the "Great Divide" edger.

These apartments are completely pet friendly. Each apartment has at least one bath tub that is perfectly suited to wash your pup.

The original architectural design is by Mark Stewart - it is plan MM-4054-JTM (I don't know why he named it "Fifteen"?)

I tried to build this with No CC... and failed. Again. *le sigh* But, there's really not that much - the beautiful "Rouen" fireplace by derMarcel, Moune's Maxis Add-on set for the 'Function of PlateGlass' windows, and HL's Boho Roof add-on deco/edger bit. All are properly linked below - I just wanted to point out that it's really not that much stuff. And, the only bit that's absolutely necessary would be Moune's windows. If you untick the other stuff's boxes in Clean Installer (before you install the lot) it should still work.
It won't look as nice ...but it will work.

On that note - the "looking nice" part - I would also highly suggest swapping out the smoke alarms and tub/showers for these:
(They are not pictured NOR included; just recommended)
- Invisible Smoke Alarm by pfish @ MTS2
- Backless Tub/Shower combo by Huge Lunatic (HL) @ MTS2

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

Important INFO about this Build
YES. You can have cars in apartment lots. Here is what I learned about how they work on these two lots...
- Vehicles for each apartment are included in the lot files. Cars on driveway pieces are community property - anyone can drive them.
- Garage doors do not function as regular doors on apartment lots (like they do on house lots.) They 'belong' to the connected apartment door.
- Cars inside garages will teleport to the road - there are no driving animations through the garage door (it goes up, car goes poof!) So, it doesn't matter if the garage is blocked in by another car or not. Double parked? Not a problem - poof! *silly sims*
- If you rent UNfurnished - the garaged car and furniture will disappear. (Unless you're renting one of the lower studios in the 4-Unit building.) The driveway cars will stay no matter what, because they are like the pool, community property.
- If you want to edit this lot - be forewarned: Visiting the lot in 'build' mode (entering the lot in any way except to move-in a sim) the cars will not be visible. Don't worry! Go ahead, make your edits; just don't touch the driveway pieces. Then go back to hood view, select a sim to move-in, re-enter the lot, and the cars will be there again. *shrug* EAmagic... IF, for some reason, that didn't work (magic is 'iffy' sometimes *sigh*) then do the next step >
- If you want to upgrade the cars... (What!?! You don't want that junker parked out in front of your 'luxury' digs?) LOL! Then you will need to enter an uninhabited copy of the lot. Use the cheat code (without brackets) [ChangeLotZoning residential], go back out to the hood and re-enter the lot, delete the driveway pieces, put down fresh driveway pieces, add the cars of your choice, then cheat code [ChangeLotZoning apartmentbase], save. Move somebody in to test it out Good luck!

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
--- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Niol/Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Then, if it's a Bespoke Roof recolor - it will be THESE adjusted versions by The Llama Park/Tumblr that you see used in the pictures. (However, what you get in the packaged file, will either be the plain EA roof or the straight, un-modified Bespoke roof from the set here on MTS2.)
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
