The idea for this house came when I wanted to do something under and use a certain item as well with this lot but in general, this is a rather quaint and cozy house that I can imagine would be somewhere that's in the countryside but not too out there, maybe outer suburban kinda area.
The exterior fencing and randomly placed bushes were partially inspired by some of the houses from the Sims console houses too, not really having much meaning but act more on the decor side of the landscaping.

Considering how simple this house is, it's not particularly complicated with how it is but buyers beware, it's not all as simple as it seems...

Maybe try taking a look into the lot before looking at the images in their entirety if you want to check out what's happening. This will give you a nudge into what is going on but will show exactly what type of family is actually best suited for this household.


Note of usage: Please use this lot on a higher bit of ground, either using a neighbourhood or area within that's higher up or using the "modifyNeighborhoodTerrain [on/off]" cheat and using [ or ] to change the terrain's height.

Please note: I do own Ultimate Collection so am unsure what items within the lot is from what expansion pack so please be aware of this.
