Lunchbox Fixes for Toddlers

UPDATE: Fixed an oversight where toddlers would use the incorrect interaction for drinks.

Remember how that SDX lunchbox from last year originally didn't work for toddlers, despite Maxis's description saying otherwise, and then later added that functionality? Well there's still a couple issues with toddlers using the lunchbox, which this mod fixes:

-When toddlers go to grab food from the lunchbox, they'll pick up the food but then immediately put it back down instead of going away to eat it. I added a continuation to the "create food" tuning so now toddlers will actually eat the food they've taken from the lunchbox.
-There's an autonomous get-drink interaction where toddlers can get sippy cups from the lunchbox on their own, but ironically the tests on this have been incorrectly made so that it works only on everyone but toddlers. I've fixed this so that they can now autonomously grab sippy cups from the lunchbox.
