Two modern retreats
1x1 Corner lot


These are two modern and simple style homes for single sims, with aspirations of romance, a couple or to play in a university suburb, whatever your choice, these lots have a living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor, on the second floor you can find a small and simple study area, a room with a double bed and a bathroom.

Modification in the arrival of vehicles and townies

I used the modification shared by user Inge Jones.

In both lots, service vehicles arrive on the left side heading south to north and the townies get off normally and walk in the opposite direction to how they normally do.
For the two-step foundation lot, visiting townies can spawn from the left side at the back of the house.

The two-step foundation was created based on CatherineTCJD's tutorial using Mootilda's TS2GridAdjuster tool. It's advisable to consult the tutorial for use with small dogs.

The lot size was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster
