NOTES
Keep in mind, there's a 20 sim limit in a vanilla game, so you will have to use mods like MCCC to increase that limit to not kill your business with no customers if you happen to max the limits of everything.
The UI in task management is a bit off, but I couldn't do anything about it, nor does it bother me much.
