"Yeah, that's right, a whole new sims 2 maxis fashioned neighborhood!"

What to expect from this neighborhood?
A lot of stuff! I have made a neighborhood based on Pleasant
View, so that means that the style and quantity of stuff matches
what you would find there (humor included, though, a bit more
extra). So here's a list of what to see in Tidestone Bay:
  • 8 Playable Households
  • 30 Custom Made Townies
  • 14 Unoccupied Residential Lots
  • 14 Community Lots
  • 1 Apartment Lot
  • 2 Owned Businesses
All of this and also custom scripted notifications when first loading
households (thanks to simstateTS3 for the file, and detailed tutorial),
and also complete family trees following the maxis logic found in
Pleasant View.

LORE, DRAMA, WHERE'S IT?
EVERYWHERE! There's a fully developed background story to every
household, including a story for the neighborhood's beginnings and
current state! Look around for lot descriptions and sim bios for
snippets of some good lore and drama!

Known Issues:
Unfortunely, due to me doing a lot of decorating with cheats, some
doors/arches might get stuck inside the walls, but fear not! To solve
the issue just delete nearby objects and then delete the door/arch,
after that, just undo everything and things sould be looking fine as
they intended to be.

How to install the neighborhood?
Just download the file named "Tidestone Bay.rar" and then unzip it
with the program of your preference. Then just trow the "TB01"
folder in the "Neighborhoods" folder under the documents folder
path for your game.

Final notes
This was a neigborhood made entirely by me, and tested by me, it
was a lot to do, so if you find any issues, please leave it in the
comments section!
Also this neighborhood took visual inpirations from the east coast
of Canada, and some from Arcadia Bay (Life Is Stange) and from
Crystal Cove (Scooby-Doo - Mistery Inc.)!
