Hello and welcome to Breedgetown!

When you first lay eyes on Breedgetown, you might wonder: Why is it spelled like that? Why name it after bridges when there's only one? And why call it a town when it's so small it feels more like a village that doesn't even show up on maps sometimes? Well, the answer to the last question is simple - it just boosts the locals' self-confidence. As for the bridge thing, it's even easier: back in the day, when this area was just a small community of farmers who settled here to be closer to their fields, there were lots of small creeks and ravines that needed bridges. Then, eventually, someone decided to spell it the way it sounds, and that's how "breedge" stuck. Now when that's cleared up, this town is just a charming little spot, surrounded by fields and forests. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle of big cities to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough that you won't feel completely cut off from civilization. Just a cozy little settlement with a weird name and a laid-back vibe.

UPDATE: Added a link to the invisible driveway recolor that I completely forgot about, so huge thanks to vernissagemyheart for pointing that out

What is this?

Basically, this is a miniature version of another 'hood I built a couple years back with intentions of filming a machinima there and that I'm very proud of, but cannot upload anywhere because not only it ended up being HUGE and hense very glitchy, but also just finding all the creators whose lots were used there would take me decades, so instead I decided to make a more share-friendly version that I could potentionally use as a backup filming location in case the original neighborhood turns out to be too unplayable.
Also I guess it's worth mentioning that this 'hood is heavily inspired by a real existing village where I've spent pretty much every summer of my life. The layout is almost identical and even the weird name thing is also taken from there.

I have a feeling like I'm forgetting something (as usual), but I think this is all for now. If anything else pops up I'll update this page.

Have a good one!
