Get your sims here to give them a workout at the gym. Or maybe you want to be sociate at the pool? Sauna and masages are also an option here. It doesn't matter what are your intentions, "Body and Soul" will appease needs of your sims.

This was built on "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I'm not sure if it will work on any other version of the game.
