13 Dead End Remodel

This is a remodel of a house of Olive Specter, who lives at a cemetery.

I see that Electronic Arts wanted to original house to look like a crypt or a mausoleum with a cemetery to make a dark lore for Olive Specter 🖤
Our beloved Olive can be find in "The Sims 4: Life & Death" DLC and she has a really nice house there in the Ravenwood neighbourhood.
I took inspirations from the fourth game and gave the house from second game a total makeover combining the cemetery lot from "The Sims 2" and the house from "The Sims 4" in one place.

The mentioned graveyard got a remake too. I wanted it to look more crowded with crypts and additional sides filled with graves. The red chair in the middle of the cemetery always looked really good for me, it made a pretty scary atmosphere. My friend suggested an idea to use the evil witch's throne from "Apartment Life" DLC and it was a really good idea! I also wanted to make this cemetery more like the Dia de Los Muertos Day with all candles and lights all around but without the colorful parts of this holiday so the graveyard looks more creepy.

And about the house?
I used a lot of victorian styles and ideas. I didn't originally plan to set that many candles in this house because the vibe of a crypt or a mausoleum was lost due to the different house that stands here now but...

I just couldn't help myself.

I really love the dining room because I was inspired by the "Labour" music video by Paris Paloma to make it.
I still tried to keep rooms crowded with stuff and (those blasted) candles to get that creepy cemetery/victorian-like vibe of the house. I also took inspirations from Netflix's: "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina", mostly in the living room.

All rooms for characters that lives here are kept to their lifestyles and personalities.
Olive Specter has green, filled with candles room and a voodoo doll to suggest that she is indeed a murderer. Or is she just unlucky?
Ophelia Nigmos has alien vibe posters in her room because her boyfriend is an alien and her room is also dark to match her darkness.
Nervous Subject, the son of Olive, has a room here too. I tried to decorate it in style for a life he deserve to have if he would stayed with Olive.

I love the original roofing on this house. Making it on this lot was surprisingly easy to recreate in the second game. I think the overall effect of the house is elegant and looks very good in this environment.
That's why I chose the one from fourth game to remodel instead of "The Sims 3: Midnight Hollow". The one from third game is just too dull and simple-looking. It's nice but it doesn't have the recommended vibe.

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

There are NO tombstones on this lot.
(But I really recommend to take them with your sims to this lot if you choose to move them here.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
