"The Trailer Community" is a remake of Main Street Mobile Homes from 'Belladonna Cove' or the lots bin.

I see what Electronic Arts wanted to do with this lot. They wanted to make a Mobile / Trailer houses, everything on wheels to resemble some american districts.
I took this idea and spiced it up!
I remade this lot to look like abandoned trailers or train cars that were stored here by the city letting these to get rusted and get forgotten. But then people found this place, cleaned it up and made a living spaces for themselves from what they've found here. Then they figured out that by helping each other they can be like one big family on this lot, so they made this place more cute and atmospheric. And they stayed here and stick together.

I love how different these houses looks like.
I remade one of them to resemble an abandoned Train Sleeping Car that was remade into a living space. We also have a Cute Little Pink Living Trailer, a Russian Can, a Gardener's House and a Hacker's Van on this lot.

I'm very happy with what I've created. I would never thought that "The Sims 2" has so much options, furniture and potencial to make place like this.

IMPORTANT!
If you want to keep the furniture placed in the apartments, after entering the lot with a sim, enter the cheat: boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true and rent the apartment by holding SHIFT on the door, where now will be option to rent the apartment fully furnished!
Remember to then reverse the cheat by entering boolprop testingCheatsEnabled false.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

I used cheats to build it but everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
