A new art gallery for your sims.

This is my entry for Round 3 of the Fix it or Flip it building contest, hosted by CatherineTCJD, who has also provided the original lots , you can see more here:

If you want to, you can use this mod to take your toddlers to community lots:

Or you can just teleport them in with a mod like the Sim Blender

Or you can change the toddler's room into something else.

No custom content used and I have to admit, I am happy with how it turned out.

There are plenty of things to do on the lot, pets and toddlers welcome, and I hope you will have a lot of fun with it.
