This mod, All Perks Are Free, was initially made by sasha973 on ModTheSims here. Since they disappeared and haven't updated since December 2020, I have been keeping it updated over there in the comments section.

So I finally decided to make a post. This package has all the perks in the game, including the ones originally from sasha973's post here, remade, unlocked, and made free by me. This will replace my Fame Perks Free post here.
