702 Front Street - Purple Victorian with no CC

I found this awesome purple Victorian house in real life, and I just had to loosely recreate it in The Sims!





I created it in the Mac Super Collection, so that's all that is needed, rather than the full Ultimate Collection.

Specs:
No CC used.
Lot size is 3x3 (30x30)
Cost: §219,664
This is the unplayed copy of the lot, created in an unpopulated hood.

Features:
4 bedrooms
2.5 bathrooms - Well, it's really more like 1 normal bathroom, 1 toilet in a closet, and an open basement toilet/shower area.
SIX parking spaces- I wanted to make it look like there was a street/alleyway on the left, so I made that functional as a driveway with 3 spaces, and then there's the actual driveway/carport with 3 more spaces. You can easily delete some of the parking spaces if you need room to place a large object or pool, etc.

I may have over-decorated a bit... I have a tendency towards maximalism. (In the game and in real life!)



I had initially intended it to look a little spookier, but I'm loving how it turned out. It feels super nostalgic, like a Grandma's house that has been passed down through several generations.



Minor Issues:
-If the doors are not cutting through the walls properly: Save, exit to neighborhood, and return to the lot. That should fix it. (Huge thank you to CatherineTCJD for that tip!)

-All flowerbeds should be accessible for gardening, but unfortunately the bushes are on slopes, and thus, cannot be trimmed. I think they actually look good overgrown anyway, but you can delete them if it bothers you.

-Obviously the pet bed at the top of the stairs is decorative only and not accessible to be used. You may want to delete it if you have pets or toddlers constantly wanting to use it.
