Do your sims like cozy living and close neighbours but hate apartments? Come check out Storybook Rowhouses, three separate lots intended to be placed side by side to create one complete structure.

All three houses are identical and identified by colour - the left house is pink, the middle house is yellow, and the right house is purple. Each comes furnished with some essential furniture and contain a burglar alarm, smoke detector, and phones up- and downstairs. The main floor boasts a foyer, living room, and combined kitchen/dining area. On the second floor you'll find a family room, 4-piece bathroom, a single bedroom, and one double bedroom. Outside each house has a fenced backyard, and the two houses on the ends have gates that can be locked. The lot garbage bin is located in the back to discourage can kickers.

The lot sizes have been adjusted to 1x2 and each house is completely CC-free. While you can technically place the lots in any configuration, I would suggest placing them as labelled to get the full effect.
