Simple homes for simple Sims number 29

This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/living/dining room, a study, a front and back porch and a garage which is oversized attached to the home.

This home is perfect for a sim family where different sims have different hobbies. The garage has space for the hobby workstations and a potter, a toy maker and a florist could all easily work there, perhaps while another one is fixing the mechanical car. The layout of the office, with a bathroom close by and it's own exit door makes it ideal for a sim who wants to write a novel too, and the porches certainly will be good to place down that easel on sunny days.
