This home has one bedroom, one bathroom, a nice kitchen and a good size living room.

Like all the simple homes, the house comes with fixtures only.

Fixtures include bathroom and kitchen objects, lights, phone and alarms.

All the plants are accessible.

I had a widowed elder sim in mind who runs his own business and spends most of his life there. Yet he does like to invite his children and grandchildren over for family reunions.

This home may qualify as a starter, if you just add essential furniture to it.
