Decided to makeover two downtown lots.
Kept myself to the spirit of Maxis and both are beginner houses (Under 20K)!

I mostly remodel/remade/makeover these for myself in a new Uberhood project.

They are made easy to makeover for your own gameplay and even build on to (In true maxis fashion) as too cluttered houses or too established can feel limiting for some people in their gameplay.
