Requested House - Sea Mist Circle (EP NOT required)

Hello Everyone.
This was a house that was requested in this thread by aqualectrix here http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=70201 This is my 4 house i built and the second one i ever completed so go easy on me. I did not test it. :argh: Using Sims2 Pack Clean Installer, Uncheck all of the custom content. Sea Mist Circle - Your Luxurious Second home

Sea Mist Circle is Wonderful home. As you enter the massive foyer room, you will notice tiny, but important details, such as BEAUITFUL paint work and over padded carpeting for a lovly soft feel. Walk over to the back door and you will notice a small lounge area. Head towards the bathroom and you will notice a full bathroom, with a tub, just not a lousy power room. Head to the spacieous family room and relax on Italian leather sofa's. Mom will love the seperated kichen and no one can hate the expenisve looking dining room. Feeling sleepy? Head upstairs to the Master Bedroom and you will find some of the best veiws around. The Master Bathroom has a shower for when you are in a rush and a bathtub for the Holidays.The kids rooms are not very large,but they make best use of the space. The kids share a dresser and a bathroom. Since the kids rooms are small, there is a 4th bedroom. I made it into a play room. All the way downstairs in the finished basement, There is a study area with 2 desks. One has a computer and the other is empty, for home work. All This for a little above 82,000
IMPORTANT NOTE: For some reason, I cannot place walls in the basement. I also cannot place objects in the basement without using moveobjects on. Give me advice on how to fix this. Also post reports on your testing

Good for 1 Couple and two children. Up to 3 more double beds can be added easily to the basement.
