Here's another release of Workplace® for thesims2. This is far more stable in slow computers than the SimoFarm and more cheaper too. Its cost is barelly over 100.000 simoleons.

Now your sims can earn their money in this commercial (residential) lot working as photographs. Vanity studios include a green chamber (he thought faster. Look for explanation), for digital edition, and a decorable set in victorian style by default. For decorative purposes (some are functional) also includes a dressing room, a dark chamber to develop film (couldn't find an acceptable red light), office, admission, and storage for equipment.

This simple building made to be a downtown figure also contains an attic apartment with its own private acces.

Tech Data
_This is a packed file in a zip. To install unzip and then execute.
_ You may need University EP.
_ The lot don't contain hacks. It was made using the moveobjects cheat.
_The lot contains some of my custom walls and grounds.
_ I also used the "Buyable Reward Object collections for University " collection packs made by twojeffs, "Maxis Studio Lights" made by psyckotic, and "Community items in residential lot" made by loba. The rest are game standars.
