Welcome to your new home!

What has been dubbed the 'American Dream Home' was originally built in 1942 by Arthur Simmington. At the time, the home consisted only of the main building, and was built to suit the professor and his wife and children. As time and the family grew, the home became quite small, and with a promotion to local private school headmaster, Arthur restructured the home and added the first addition, as well as a detached garage.

Savings abounded, even after sending their children to university. The first-born son coming home prompted an above-garage apartment, which later was connected to the main home and given its own bedroom and private bath. The connected house is how we come to find it today.

With the family all grown and the parental figures passed on, this wonderful, historical home can be yours for under $100,000!

Features include:

- Formal and informal living rooms
- Formal dining
- Large kitchen with eat-in space
- Office
- 'Mud' room
- Two (2) fireplaces

- 5 bedrooms in the main living area
- 4.5 baths (2 private)

- Basement and attic storage
- Two-car garage
- Above-garage apartment with one bedroom and private bath, connected to main living via private door

- Large backyard with space for optional pool and more!

Notes: This is a repost. The original lot was uploaded with apparent issues, pertaining from (it seems) a combination of Numenor's light and some issues I had with custom terrain paints. By removing both, the lot is now easily installed. If you downloaded the original, this home is different. Due to the issues with the terrain paint, I was unable to use the old lot and had to completely rebuild, which means things are different. The over-all layout and size of the home remain the same, however this time around I was able to better layout the interior, added a basement and changed the deck layout. There are other minor changes, but you'll find it's a much better, nicer-looking lot, so I would recommend downloading this one to replace, or maybe compliment the other one. Please let me know if there are any further problems. (Though after ten hours' work, I would hope the hell there aren't!)
