Hey again everyone!
This is my third home in the series.
Recap:
I've decided to design a series of starter homes for the community here. As
well as starter homes I'm going to be doing a few more in the §30,000 limit
for larger families on lower budgets. All of my house will be custom
content free to avoid any hacks transferring to your game. Feel free to add
what you like...you'll probably find that they are cheaper with custom stuff
anyway.

Starter House No.3 - Modern Dream
Cost: §19,517
Bedrooms: 1 Double
Bathrooms: 1 medium sized, shower and bath

The kitchen is the first room you walk into. It is open plan with the dining and living rooms.
It is fitted with:
7 countertops (1 corner, 3 used, leaving 3 useable)
1 food processor
1 microwave (the cheap one)
1 kitchen sink
1 cooker
1 fridge
1 table
2 dining chairs

The living room is simple, with the bay window in front.
It contains:
1 sofa
1 armchair
1 tv
1 wall phone
1 table
1 chair
1 computer
1 bookcase

The bedroom is off the living room and contains:
1 double bed
1 endtable
1 floor mirror
1 wardrobe

The bathroom is fitted with:
1 toilet
1 sink
1 tub
1 mirror
1 shower (communal, but with a dividing half/glass wall for some privacy!)

There is a garage, straight onto the road, with the cheap car (in blue). I
used siudadasiudada's tutorial for this - I hope it works!
The garden has an easel in and some pretty flowers!
