Hey all!

This house is kind off like my dreamhouse lol. It's compact (not small) but still has everything you need to live together. A maximum of 2 sims can live here, but you can always expand. I hope you like it as much as i do. Its my fav. House at the moment. ENJOY

**a few notes**
1: UNIVERSITY required!
2: There is no custom content in this house.
3: The house is furnished but has no family.
4: You can put it online if you give me credit.
5: to ensure a good upload i have changed a few objects in the house. Like the small coffetable in the living area. It was placed there with a cheat, but if you download it the table will be moved a bit to a standard tile again. You can always put it back yourself.
