19 Yellowback Road - Split house

This is my first upload, and I'm hoping it won't be my last ! This house has two halves which are separated by a river, but they are rejoined by a bridge. It is perfect for a couple who have 70,447 simoleons to spare! There is potential for expansion on the left if a little baby sim was to come along as well. The house has two floors, but the high ceilings make it seem a lot bigger!

For this house, I tried to work with only maxis (original Sims 2 and Uni) content, as I have some custom content in my downloads folder that I can't credit (no idea who made it), and therefore don't want to use it. The house is tastefully decorated throughout, but it would be easy to redecorate if you wanted to add your own personal touch to the rooms. Most of the sofas, bookcases and tables and been moved/joined by using move_objects on.

The pictures will give you an idea of the floor plan, and how the current decor looks, but I will give a brief written walk-through here as well

The front entrance and porch can be found to the left of the house. On entering the house you find a small seating area and computer area. Not quite a study, but not quite a hall. Continuing up the stairs, you enter the open plan kitchen and dining area. The dining table is positioned so your sims can enjoy the view of the neighborhood as they dine
From here, you exit out onto the bridge. The bridge starts on the first floor of the left side of the house and ends on the ground floor of the right side of the house. The entrance here leads into the living room, with the bathroom to the left of the room. The living area at the back of the room feels self contained, even though the room is rather big. Going up the stairs brings you to the bedroom, which also has its own private seating area.

I have played this lot and it seems to work fine on my computer If there are any problems with it please let me know here and I will be happy to fix them and replace the file
