Description:

1 x living room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm on both doors, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a dresser. There's enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Easy - rooms can be added on left side, also a basement would be easy to integrate (stairs leading down from the kitchen, alongside the back wall of the bedroom).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
