This home is built on a 5x4 lot, and is available for your sims to buy at a bargin price of 181,309 simoleons. Neutral colours throughout the house, except for the bathrooms which have tiles. The house is also unfurnished, so you can let your creative juices run wild with decorating it to your taste! :bump:

Features of this house:

ROOMS: It is up to you as to how you would like to have the rooms in your game, but to give you ideas I've numbered the rooms in the floor plans, and have made a note of what each room is used for in my own game.

(The basement is inaccessible as far as I know)

1. The hallway.

2. The main living room.

3. and 4.This large room, which has a narrow corridor area in the middle, would be perfect for a kitchen and dining area. In my game, I use area 3 as a kitchen, and you could fit in a breakfast bar for your sims, as you don't always want to use the good dining table. Area 4 is a great size for a large dining room/function room.

5. This is the small downstairs bathroom, and is the only one in the house not connected to a bedroom.

6. The downstairs bedroom - the Master bedroom. One word: Spacious.

7. The Master bedroom's en-suite bathroom.

8. This small area I include as part of the Master bedroom. It leads out to the back garden, but has the potential to be used as a small study. Or, with modification, you could use it as a small conservatory.

9. This is the one large room that makes up the stand-alone building to the right of the house. This definitely has the potential to be multi-functional - it could be used as storage space for your sims rewards, it could be used as a large office/study area, a recreational area (pool table, dart board, bar) or you could even modify it to use it as a small apartment for one of your sims. Especially if they're just back from college and haven't the money to officially move out! Or maybe your sim granny wants peace and quiet and a small place on their own?

I use mine as an office ^_^

10. The landing. The space here makes it easy for room expansion, if needed.

For most of the second floor, bedrooms and bathrooms would be the ideal use for the rooms. But it's really all up to you

A good-sized extra building to the right of the house. (see room 9)
A pool with an island, brilliant for putting a mini-bar on!
The only objects on the lot are a few outdoor lights and a fountain, I believe.
