Tada! Captain Luffy of the Mugiwara Kaizoku, from the hit anime/manga of One Piece.

Main outfit is a recolour of a Sakuragi Hanamichi skin, hat is a recolour of a maxis hat, and the extra hair bit is a recolour of a different hair thing (not sure who made it).
I am aware that he looks a bit weird in anything but his everyday outfit, but then just keep him like that. This is my first sim build, and I'm just a noobie at this, so hopefully I can get better.

Either way, I hope you enjoy. I made this sim in noticing that there are like no One Piece sims, and it's one of my favorite anime series, so here you go!
