Great Starter or Small Family Home

Hello,

I've been visiting MTS2 for almost a year, and I truly appreciate the work of all the talented people who make all the custom content available to the community. Many thanks!

Now I'd like to give something to the community. I created this house in just a short time. I think it would be great as a starter home or for a small family of Sims.

This is my first upload so plese be kind.

The house is one floor with a bonus room over the detached garage. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (plumbing not included). There has been no decorating done (I'll leave this to your imagination) but I did some landscaping. The only covering on the walls is the "Plaster 99" wallcovering ( I believe this shipped with Nightlife). The garage will accomodate 2 cars. There's a pool and a deck out back and a fireplace in the living room.

I did run the lot file through Sims2Pack Clean Installer Hope you enjoy.
