Three Bedroom house - over 30000 simoleons

It is a three bedroom, two storey house, with attached garage, dining room, open plan kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. The cost of the building is $31738.

To cater for the design of the house, a couple of slightly unusual building options have been used:
1. In order to place the master bedroom as a single room upstairs, I have had to build it using the roof space. This means to put anything into that room, you can only have walls showing and not the roof.
2. Because the house is on a foundation and the garage is attached, to place a car you need to be on the lowest level (basement level). This does mean that the car is not visible on the first floor, unless 'Object Hiding' in the 'Options' menu is turned 'off'.

I have scanned this lot with Sims 2 Clean Installer, and, as far as I know, it is completely hack- and custom content-free. It is also completely unfurnished, as requested by VkToriA.

Should anyone have any problems with this lot, please let me know and I will attempt to fix the problem as soon as possible.
