Simerary House - 7 brm house, Double Garage, many features

Firstly, I would like to say that I am very honoured and humbled by this request. I frequent the Request thread, searching for houses that I believe I am capable of and then fill those requests to the best of my ability.
This request was somewhat different. It never appeared on the request thread, but simply in my inbox. Basically, SnickerWhack27 told me how impressed she was with my previous uploads and that she was wondering if I would build a house for her. Me, and noone else! Needless to say, this was a request I couldn't refuse.
I'm still a little shocked that someone specifically requested me to build a house - I thought that was an honour reserved for the greats like Nengi65, but here it is.

Onto the actual specifications. This house contains the following:
~ 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom, and a guest bedroom (6 bedrooms so far)
~ 3 bathrooms and a master bathroom
~ Vampire's living area, including bedroom (this is the 7th bedroom)
