In line with this request, I have created a 2-storey house with basement on a 4x3 lot. The double-car garage is completely separate from the house. The house is fully furnished according to the request details and costs a total of 210,436 simoleons.

Ms_Joshica: The only thing I've had to do is put in a false pond, using a terrain paint. Because of the basement, the pond would have to be deeper than the bottom of the basement level and it just looked ridiculous!! Hope you enjoy the house anyway!
