My first statement is an apology to Spanky - Sorry it has taken me so damned long to complete this! I have been tied up with my university studies. Hopefully, you will still enjoy your house!

This house features:

As requested, this is completely unfurnished, however the garden has been landscaped.

Overall, this house costs 125,105 simoleons and has been built on a 5x5 lot.

There are some graphical issues with this house, since Maxis hasn't created animations for sideways facing garages.

This for example - My test sim was climbing out of the car, but as you can see, the car is non-existant. This doesn't actually affect the gameplay, just looks a little odd.


This is what happens when the sim leaves the lot to drive to a community lot. Also, you don't see the car driving out of the garage - one minute it's in the garage and the next it's in the street like this. It does develop into a full car and there's no effect on gameplay.

Please, if anyone else discovers a problem, please let me know and I will attempt to fix it!
