Dutch Funkis (A Request House)

This house was somewhat unique experience for me. Architecturally it fits into category of very spartan, highly functionalistic houses, I myself am not particularly fond of, nor accustomed to build, so this was a kind of a new ground for me. I've made it as a request for a friend Mike, known as micii_dutch0n around here. At times it was quite difficult to keep to the original concept, because there were a lot of things on account of game limitations, I wasn't able to do. In the end, I found out, that I let my imagination quite loose with adding features and modifying anyway.

3x3 lot, unfurnished, costs around 45 000$, UNI and NL required!
