This residence is built into a very sloped lot of 3x2 size and actually uses this fact as an architectural device. I just hope, you won't have problems finding a place for it in your neighborhood.

I admit, it's slightly inspired by some of Frank Lloyd Wright's fabulous contemporary designs. I hope you like the rather edgy hornet combination of yellow and black. It doesn't look that way, but the living space on this lot is quite small. I don't recommend more than two sims. It has very open feel to it and, as an aesthetic effect, it uses much of the lot's space for roofs, platforms and terraces. Unfurnished and EP required.

Some of the floors by www.allemeinesims2.de and www.holysimoly.com and a fantastic roof tile (I tend to overuse on my lots much) by www.sim-placement.com included.
