Babies cannot be picked up by visitors *ALL EP COMPATIBLE*

This was requested by Simsmomma here.

This mod will make it so that visitors cannot pick up the babies or toddlers on the lot.

By the way, this was extracted from my NL objects package, so it is possible that it may require NL.

This is my first hack, so I hope you all like it.

UPDATE 1/16/08:
This mod should still work with all EPs.
