Permits you to call (nearly) anyone in the neighborhood through the "Call...Sim" action on the phone/cell phone.

Doesn't let you speak to the dead or to babies (and you probably don't want to try calling Social Bunnies), but it will let you talk to sims you don't know among the NPCs/Townies/other families.

Note: Use the "nl" version if you have Nightlife installed, otherwise use the old version.
