This is my first upload. I made this fully functioning motel for my own uses. It has 6 rooms including a deluxe. I had originally made this as an place to take dates, but I found that the coolest thing to do here is let your sim stay as here for many days since while on community lots Sims dont age and becuse there are 2 ways for your sims to make money here (working as a bartender and as a Barista.
Each room has it's own color scheme and a bathroom.
There is 2 places to eat:
A dinner down stairs
A small romantic restuant upstaris next to the bar.
There is a pool table and card tables
A Huge swimming pool and 2 hot tubs.
And more!
