This is my latest house -- 7 Fox Court. This is the biggest and most expensive house I've made so far -- I hope you all like it! Unfortunately, it does require BOTH expansion packs. Sorry!

The First Floor



Contains 14 rooms:
a master bedroom with attached master bathroom
a semi-outdoor "sun" room with hottub
billiards room
formal living room
study with books and computer
a "play" room with a TV, computer, and chess table (because we all know how much 'fun' chess is )
2 kid bedrooms (one is suitable for a teen also) with attached full bathroom
kitchen
formal and informal dining room









The Second Floor



Contains 7 rooms:
4 bedrooms including 1 guest bedroom
2 full bathrooms
lighted (extremely... lighted :P) hallway with door to balcony
small loungy area

Hope you like it! It's quite big -- possibly too big for some -- and very expensive (hint: for those who don't know, you can adjust your family funds while in the neighborhood view. If your family's last name is "Jones," press ctrl + shift + c, and then in the box type "familyfunds jones 400000" or however much you want them to have). Please feel free to comment!
