I recommend that you install this custom content. If it's not installed, it should still work fine, but you may have some unusual-looking curtains on the exterior of the house .
I used these excellent placeable wooden shutters from JWoods. You can download them here. Although, since they are not used too much on this house, it will look okay if you choose not to download them.


The House
This is a pretty traditional house; there is nothing very exciting about it. It's a 2-story split level house on a 4x3 lot, and is suitable for a family of 3 or 4. Sorry, but it requires University and Nightlife in order to work properly.



The First Floor

Contains 6 rooms:
spacious foyer/kitchen/breakfast area (all one large room)
small study with computer and bookshelf
dining room
living room with fireplace
den with TV and stereo
half bathroom





The Second Floor

Contains 6 rooms:
hallway with view of foyer below
2 single bedrooms with attached full bathroom
master bedroom and master bathroom
