Here is another Maxis "Lost & Found"! LyricLee has found this texture, and with a little research, I've discovered that there was also a mesh to go with it.

I've built a package for it, and here is the final result.
Nothing astonishing, but suggestive nevertheless...

INSTALLATION
Extract the package from the RAR and put it into your Downloads folder.
Note: this is not a recolour, it a new object (it has its own unique GUID); you can find it in the catalog in the Decorative/Paintings section.
