My garden dorm

Here is a big dorm with a beautiful garden...10 rooms for the students.
That dorm is not furnished, i take off all the furnitures because the file was too big !!! So, I just let the windows, doors, swimming pool, lights and flowers. Walls ans floors are my créations except the one's which already exist in the game...
Be careful, maybe it will slow down your game if your computer is not strong enough...
